Pool coming Summer 2024!!! If tranquility and relaxation is what you want then look no further. This 4 bedroom 4 and a half bath beach home will meet your needs and then some. Located on the peaceful east end of the island, this home is within walking distance to the beach. After a long day spent playing in the sand and surf appreciate your evenings and relax on one of the covered decks with a nice glass of wine or for the early riser a cup of coffee while being mesmerized by a spectacular sunrise. All bed linens and towels are included with your rental and beds will be made upon arrival. An inground pool and sundeck will be added and ready in time for the summer.

Getting the most from your rental budget:

• Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To find the best value, change your family's Cape Fear area vacation to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer great weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• In the Cape Fear area area, The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
