Walk in to an open and airy floor plan on the main level, with seamlessly integrated kitchen, dining area, and living room. This cavernous area features broad windows that frame expansive vistas of the high dunes and shining Atlantic Ocean, filling the home with natural light and ocean breezes. Unwind in style in the comfortable seating area, ideal for entertaining guests or appreciating peaceful evenings with your appreciated ones.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting high-end appliances, bespoke cabinetry, and a enormous peninsula with bar seating. Whether you're preparing a casual meal or hosting a formal dinner event, this entirely outfitted haven offers everything you need to create culinary delights.

With four bedrooms and four en suite full bathrooms, there is plenty of space and privacy for everybody! A huge bedroom on the main level offers a convenient respite, complete with a king-sized bed, sizable bathroom, and access to the screened porch outside. Upstairs, the primary suite is a calming getaway, featuring a king-sized bed and striking ocean vistas from the balcony. Pamper yourself in the opulent bathroom, complete with dual sinks and a roomy walk-in shower. Another upstairs bedroom presents two twin-over-double bunk beds and a bright bathroom with skylights. All four bedrooms have TVs and plenty of closet space.

Getting the best Cape Fear area rental experience:

Cost saving strategies:

  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • To find the best value, change your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer pleasant temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies frequently offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.
  • Often, management companies supply Cape Fear area area visitors guide magazines that include special deals, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Cape Fear area visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

Make a plan and choose your prefectrental home:

  • To start, have your family choose trip dates and a spending budget.
  • Note the number beds and what type of bedroom configuration you need. Welcome to BIS BALD!, your Oceanfront Escape on BHI! has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
  • Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed types is normally accessible on booking pages. Otherwise, email the host before reserving your rental. Note that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds and bunks. You will need to establish what is suitable for your family.
  • If your group is vacationing with pets, you'll need to find a rental that allows animals. Get information on breed, size, and type restrictions. Some property managers require additional pet deposits and fees.
  • Is your family looking for unique amenities? Most websites include amenity lists and search filters. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all required amenities are included before booking.

Advice for a great stay:

  • Get the host's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental property. Put the host's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, television set or WIFI setup. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents lots of difficulties.
  • Protect the owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are out, just like you would back home.
  • During check-in, record any damages to the property and immediately contact the owner. Record all coorespondence.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are often a fantastic resource to find the best local scenic spots.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave a review! Property owners rely on excellent ratings to propel new reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your experience find their best vacation home. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
