This 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom island getaway is equipped with a private pool, 3-floor elevator, intelligent TVs in every bedroom, and an inverted floor plan for max. vistas. Take in those phenomenal vistas from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the upstairs common area. Rock your cares away on the two levels of oceanfront decking or relax by the private swimming pool for all-day fun in the sun.

You can also dine on the top floor oceanfront deck while the sun sets over the shining Atlantic Ocean! Natural light is ample in the upstairs common space and high-end appliances and finishes elevate the experience as you savor all the home has to offer. The elegant décor mimics the blues and greys of the ocean and sets the tone for a relaxing stay. There is even a separate media room where you can appreciate movies, games, and even a sleepover on the queen sleeper couch. With sleeping for 16, you can enjoy the island life with all of your favorite people!

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and bags up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bicycles, kayaks, paddleboards, body boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a modest delivery fee may apply.
