2 Bed/2 Bath condo in the private gated community of Spinnaker Pointe located on the north end of Carolina Beach. Condo has vistas of Carolina Beach Basin, is walking distance to Carolina Beach Yacht Club and Freedom Boat Club. The private walk way to the beach at Freeman Park is just steps away and a handsome walk across the marsh. You can also savor use of the tennis courts, seasonal swimming pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day) and charcoal grilles. Bring your own boat and launch just across the basin at the town ramp, rent a slip at Carolina Beach Yacht Club or perhaps rent a boat or charter one for sailing or fishing.   • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Cape Fear area area. Booking a rental in the Spring or Fall is one of our best tips for saving money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes.
  • In the Cape Fear area area, The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked early. Booking your rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
