This roomy 4 bedroom and 6 bathroom duplex is only a 3 min. walk to the beach and it is convenient to many local eateries. You will have the entire right side of the building (Unit 2), 2,000 sq. ft. It has 3 sizable covered porches, a sun deck on the top level with a view of the ocean and a fenced back yard and an outdoor shower. Parking available for up to 3 cars. The home is equipped with Internet, multiple SMART TVs for your favorite streaming service, a washer and a dryer. A modest pet (up to 50 pounds) are welcome with a $250 non-returnable pet fee. Full linen and towel service supplied.

Located near the beach, this condo is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach.
