"Out of the Blue" is a striking oceanfront home featuring 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms that are ready to host you and your entire family! With room for 18, go ahead and invite the whole gang to come! The open floor plan of the main level is bright with plenty of ocean vistas for everybody to savor, and the kitchen is roomy and well-equipped for preparing simple and delicious vacation meals. Everyone will appreciate the beachy feel of the decor and furnishings in this home, from the wall decor to the linens and more. Whether calming on the couch with a movie on a rainy day or appreciating the sunshine from a shaded poolside seat or a floaty in the pool, everybody will adore their time spent in "Out of the Blue!"

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bicycles, kayaks, paddleboards, body boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a modest delivery fee may apply. Available when you stay between May 1 through the end of September.

Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal hypoallergenic dog to their property. Guests with animal allergies may want to consider an alternate home.

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Holden Beach and Sailfish Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal items. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property a final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
