"Out of the Blue" is a beautiful oceanfront home featuring 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms that are ready to host you and your entire family! With room for 18, go ahead and invite the whole gang to come! The open floor plan of the main level is bright with plenty of ocean vistas for everybody to appreciate, and the kitchen is roomy and well-equipped for preparing simple and delicious vacation meals. Everyone will appreciate the beachy feel of the decor and furnishings in this home, from the wall decor to the linens and more. Whether calming on the couch with a movie on a rainy day or appreciating the sunshine from a shaded poolside seat or a floaty in the pool, everybody will appreciate their time spent in "Out of the Blue!"

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

You can choose from a range of items including bicycles, kayaks, paddleboards, body boards, and more. Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal hypoallergenic dog to their property. Guests with animal allergies may want to consider an alternate home. This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with intelligent doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras only when the home is unoccupied. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.
