OIB CHILLIN' 2 is a 6 Bedroom 4 Bath Oceanfront Duplex that sleeps 22 people. We can also rent as complete 12 Bedroom 8 Bath Private Home which is great for weddings or enormous family get-togethers. Located at 60 East First Street OIB CHILLIN' 2 is within walking distance to all the eateries and stores on the island. Each side has parking 8 cars. For guest safety and security nest cameras are installed in parking area. Gas Grills. Full size Washer and Dryer. Master bedroom has King size bed and the other 5 bedrooms have 2 full size beds in each room
