The ground level has its own space for teens or those who are challenged with stairs by having a bedroom, bath, and family room. The main level has a huge family and dining area, all overlooking the ocean with tons of glass. The kitchen has a sizable breakfast bar and is open to the family room so everybody can appreciate the vistas, as well as the company.
