Each floor has a family suite to allow parents (or grandparents) to share a room with younger kids if needed. Handicap-friendly features include an elevator and wider doorways/roll-in shower in bedroom #7. There is also wireless high-speed internet and cable streaming through ATMC's Merge service and Amazon Fire Sticks. Come and savor all that Holden Beach has to offer!

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and suitcases up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.
