Parlor by & Swim in the sizable condo community Pool & prepare your fresh seafood, caught or bought, on their Charcoal Grills. There are 2 Covered Parking Spaces with additional Visitor Parking. For Convenience there is a Community Shopping Cart under the stairs to help with unpacking & using the Elevator to carry up all your suitcases & provisions.

Savor being together but participating in your own activities in the Open Concept Living/Dining/Kitchen areas. The completely supplied Kitchen has tons of counter space for preparing meals & to create a buffet. It is huge enough for more than one prepare if you choose. Dine at the bar at the Kitchen Counter for your meals, Snacking, Games, Mobile Working or just entertaining those preparing the meals.

In the Living area is a Giant Comfy Reclining Sectional Couch with room for everybody. The Sizable Screen TV has Cable for watching your favorite shows & movies.

Please note: Linens are included with your reservation and your beds will be made prior to your arrival.
