At The Oasis Oceanfront you can be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the waves & wake to the spectacular sunrise over the Atlantic on your private balcony and you're only steps away from a fun filled day of toes in the sand! This adorable and freshly modernized 2 bed/ 2 bath condo is centrally located to all things that Pleasure Island has to offer: fishing, boating, cycling, surfing, kayaking, and deep sea charters. There are many magnificant eateries, eclectic drinking holes and coffee stores too!

The Space:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach, is home to this condo. Ocean Front Park and Federal Point History Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Beach Arcade and Four Hounds Distilling. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.

  • Summer is high season in Carolina Beach. To find the best vacation home for your budget, we recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
  • In the Cape Fear area area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked very early. Reserving your rental home six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group.

If they are not listed, email the property manager before reserving the vacation property. Remember that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches.
