Wonderful and chic 1 bedroom apartment 3 blocks from the Riverwalk. Finest location in Wilmington, near everything. there are 2 total beds (1 queen in bedroom and pullout in living room) Freshly painted and thoughtful amenities to make you feel right at home. Keurig machine entirely supplied to help you start your day. 50 inch intelligent TVs. Bedroom has constructed in USB ports in the lamps. Living room constructed in USB and outlets in the end tables. Nice outside patio as well to relax and chill. Free on site parking as well. This is the place to stay!

This unit is part of a pretty , historic triplex in the heart of downtown Wilmington. There is another 1 bedroom in addition to this unit upstairs, we well as a terrific downstairs 2 bedroom apartment.
