This is a 3 bedroom 21/2 bathroom villa with 1 king, 1 queen and 2 twins beds in the loft area.
A BHI GUEST club membership is available for separate purchase. The guest club membership includes all BHI club amenities, including golf, pools, tennis, exercise center and dining.

TV's available in every room.

Chairs and table available on the deck where you can observe the golfers finishing up their rounds on the 18th green.

Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
• Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your group qualifies for a special rate.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. • On check-out day, take a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
