The ground level includes an entry entry, sizable garage, outdoor shower and a ping pong table out back under the home. The huge backyard provides an island getaway with a private dock to launch your kayak or stand up paddle boards.

**The boat lift is unavailale for guest use, and dock is not a deep water dock. Modest skiffs may be able to get in and out, however this will depend on the tides and size of skiff.

PROVIDED: WIFI, completely outfitted kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bicycles, cooler, kayak , paddle board, beach cart and beach accessories are also supplied for your enjoyment.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.
