Roomy 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo, 2nd floor unit with elevator, located in the Islander Villas on the west end of handsome Ocean Isle Beach. Pet-friendly and only a short walk to the ideal beach. Sleeps 12 with 1 king in master, 1 queen, 2 doubles & 2 sets of single bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own bath attached, with new carpet freshly installed. Intelligent TV’s in all bedrooms and living room with cable and WiFi supplied. Entirely outfitted kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Substantial covered deck with vistas of the waterway where you can savor your morning coffee as well as the beautiful OIB sunsets. Deck has gated access for your kids’ and pet’s safety. Tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts on site, and access to the Oceanfront pool and tiki bar at The Isles Club is available between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Golf carts are fine, however please note that trailers are not allowed per HOA restrictions. Sufficient parking for 4 cars at unit plus overflow parking located at tennis courts.

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this condo is in the city center and near the beach. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Sunset River Marketplace are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Ingram Planetarium and Planet Fun. Traveling with kids? When to visit & When to book:

  • The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation home up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.

You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies often offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.

  • Be a good neighbor. Often times, adjacent homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking regulations is the right thing to do.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can frequently help. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all belongings. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and look for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent feedback to inspire new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will will be grateful for your review find their best rental home. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
