Island Girls has everything you need for the ideal beach stay! Three stories of living space offers room for everybody. An in-home elevator provides convenient access to each level. A reversed floor plan, with the kitchen and main living area on the top floor accepts for great ocean vistas off the deck.  The first floor provides additional space with a second living room and wet bar.  Outdoor amenities include a tiki bar with mini-refrigerator, sink, TV and pool The pool can be heated for an additional $125/day during the off season. Vistas can be found from every balcony front and back! The location provides painless access to the island stores and pier. The beach is an simple 5 min. walk. Come appreciate the best Sunset Beach has to offer!

This is a Linen Ready home – bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be included at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.

Located in Sunset Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.

When to visit Sunset Beach & When to book:

• Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Sunset Beach. To find the largest rental within budget, we recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants.
• Some owners offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
• Property managers often offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.
