Located just steps from the beach, this elegant new construction home on Ocean Isle's east end is professionally furnished and designed. With six bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, this property is charming for big families or groups of friends looking to spend quality time together at the beach. The handsome heated pool and deck area at It's A Good Life At The Beach are ideal for sunbathing and backyard barbecues.

LIVING AREA:
The main living room is located on the top floor of this open-concept home with a reverse floor plan and has tall vaulted ceilings that provide an airy and roomy area to relax after a long day at the beach. Step through the additional wide sliding glass door to the back patio deck and appreciate vistas of the heated pool, the island, and even the beach! A enormous flat-screen TV and comfortable couch can be found in the second living area, which is on the first floor of the home.

KITCHEN & DINING:
The sizable gourmet kitchen, open to both the dining area and the main living room, is ideal for cooking, meal prepping, and entertaining and offers plenty of counter space and storage. This entirely equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals, including modest appliances and other kitchen silverware. There is seating for six at the massive kitchen island with a gorgeous white quartz countertop and seating for eight at the dining table.

BED & BATH
This home provides space for everybody with six bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. On the main level, there are four bedrooms. The cavernous first-floor master suite offers comfort and convenience with a constructed-in closet that makes unpacking a breeze, a private en suite bathroom with a double vanity, and a walk-in shower. The secondary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a private en suite. The third bedroom has a king sized bed and shares a bathroom with the bunkroom. The bunkroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds as well as direct access to the shared bath, which features a double vanity sink and a tub/shower combo. The two remaining bedrooms are located on the top floor of the home. The bedroom on the top right has a queen sized bed. The bedroom on the top left has a king-sized bed and a attractively decorated bathroom with one-of-a-kind black textured tiles for the shower surround.

OUTDOOR AREAS:
Appreciate the spectacular vistas from the two levels of broad decks, featuring sun enjoyment and shade reprieve. Take a dip in the shining heated pool, surrounded by plenty of seating. Kayak and inflatable paddle boards available! The beach is roughly a 3 min. walk from the home to either the High Point Street beach access or to the beach access point at 391 East First Street. Rinse off at the outdoor shower after fun-filled beach days. Savor impressive sunrises and sunsets on the private east end of Ocean Isle Beach.

GUEST ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS:
This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Animals — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.

Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced weekly. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

The pool is open year round. The heater typically keeps the pool water between 80-84 degrees April 1 - Oct 31 depending on outside air temperatures and weather. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump runs and typically the pump does not run at nighttime due to timers.
*Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 - March 31, NO EXCEPTIONS*

If your *check in date* is on or between Memorial Day and Labor Day, your cleaning fee does include whole home linen and towel rental fee. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be included per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT supplied in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $250 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third event. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**

​​​​​​​We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.

Get the most from your vacation rental budget:

• The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
