Welcome to What's Up Dock, a impressive island home just 3 rows back from the beach and just mins. away from a fun filled day in the water and on the sand! When you arrive you can immediately relax as the beds will be made for you prior to your arrival. The beach themed interior reminds you that you are now on Island Time! The entirely outfitted kitchen has everything you need to make your favorite meals with ease. With a connected living room, kitchen and dining room, there is plenty of space for everybody to relax. From the primary bedroom located on the 3rd level (Beach side), you have a nice view of the ocean. The front of the home has 2 decks, one on the 2nd level which is screened in and one on the 3rd level coming off of the living room. Both decks overlook the marsh and canal. It is a great spot to view the wildlife or appreciate your morning coffee/ favorite evening drink as you watch the splendid Oak Island sunrise or sunset. There is a private elevator inside the home that goes from the 1st to 3rd level to assist anyone with mobility restrictions or simply help transport the groceries. Conveniently located in the middle of the island, you are just mins. away from shopping, grocery stores and eateries. Hurry and book your stay, so your family can savor a fun and memorable trip to the beach! Just don’t forget your swim suit!
*The Oak Island Town Council voted to approve paid parking on the island. The paid parking will be in effect from April 1 through September 30th and the hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Please visit the towns site for details on how and where to secure your parking.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Oak Island Golf Club and The Reserve Golf Club at St. James Plantation. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting. Motor boating and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
