New to Hobbs Realty, this splendid boulevard gem is the ideal home for your next Holden Beach vacation. Not only are you steps away from the community deeded beach access across the street but there is a private swimming pool to savor long days in the sun! This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance. There is plenty of outdoor space to lounge by the pool in the shade or the sun and plenty of covered decking to soak up the ocean breezes. There are even partial vistas of the shining Atlantic Ocean from the street side deck and marsh vistas at the end of Shell Drive from the back deck. Inside you will find 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open floor plan that features tons of natural light and cheerful decor! The enormous dining room table seats 6 comfortably and there are 4 more seats at the kitchen bar to appreciate meals together!

Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to their property. Guests with animal allergies may want to consider an alternate home. Occupancy limited to 10 guests. No smoking and no family pets.

Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds in living rooms. You will need to determine what configuration is right for your family.
• Visiting for a specific event? Use a map search to browse nearby rentals.
• Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are available before booking

During your stay:
