This home is the closest thing to new construction you will find in the area, bespoke features include vaulted ceilings with wood beams, shiplap accents, and colorful beach decor throughout. Unwind with a crisp drink on the screened patio with cushioned seating. Family-friendly perks include Pack n' Play, highchair, toddler bed, potty training seats, and kids’ dishes. There is also a dedicated desk with an external monitor setup for working remotely.

Use the four cruiser bicycles for simple transport around town - beach chairs and toys provide added convenience. The Intracoastal Waterway is a half a mile from home and the beach is within walking distance. After fun-filled days, relax for movie nights on the intelligent TV in the living area. The pristine kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, and helpful gadgets like a Ninja blender and drink glasses.
