LOCATION INFO:

Located on the most gorgeous part of Oak Island, Yaupon Beach. The home is located on a direct beach access, approx 100 yards from the ocean, on a peaceful south side street that provides ample privacy away from the hustle and bustle.

The home is a 3 min. drive to grocery, ice cream, putt putt, and fresh fish markets, a 3 min. drive (15-20 min. beach walk) to the Oak Island pier, a 5 min. drive to Caswell Beach and Oak Island golf club and 15 min. drive to infamous Southport.

A little more than 30 mins. away, you can visit Wilmington, NC to the north and North Myrtle Beach, SC to the south.

Yaupon Beach offers the remote, relaxing setting that many yearn for, but without being too far from the city.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Reserving a rental home in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
