The family room and dining area are centrally located around three bedrooms, two full baths and the kitchen. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom; the second bathroom is accessible from the bedroom with two double beds and the hall. There is a sizable outdoor deck with chairs that overlook the pool and tennis courts. There is a back balcony that overlooks the enormous, open field.

The building is located near a lagoon and has a huge open field where kids can play, and parents can keep an eye on them from the condo's back balcony. The condo is on the second (top) floor so there's no noise from above.

The condo, while in a peaceful community, is less than a mile from the hustle and bustle of the center of the island where the concerts, eateries and stores, park and pier are located.

Finding the best Ocean Isle Beach vacation property experience:

Getting the best rental value:

  • Booking your Cape Fear area vacation rental in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies usually offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.
  • Often, property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Cape Fear area area travel guide magazines which include coupons, either offered independently by local companies, or through a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Cape Fear area visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

How to choose the best rental home in Ocean Isle Beach:

  • Choose a group leader, choose your trip dates, and choose a max budget.
  • Note the number beds and the bed configuration your group needs. RATES REDUCED FOR APRIL: Close to Beach, Pool, Tennis Courts ~ Great Amenities has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is almost always available online. If you don't see them listed, email the host before reserving your rental. Note that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds. You will need to establish which bed configuration is right for your family.
  • Are you visiting for a specific event or attraction? Use a map search to find nearby rentals.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before reserving a rental.
  • Some properties allow pets, and some do not. Acceptable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask the owner about pets before booking.

Advice for your stay:

  • Add the host's contact information to your phone. Understand and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
  • To make sure that damages are not attributed to your family's stay, inspect for any problem areas during check in. Speak to the rental manager immediately to report any damages. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having the recorded issues and contact attempts will be helpful.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, elevator or WIFI setup. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents lots of concerns.
  • Be a good neighbor. Often times, adjacent homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking policies reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Keep the property locked while you're gone! Don't let thieves ruin your vacation.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on great reviews to drive more bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your feedback find their best vacation home. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
