Memories on Grace Cottage is located in the historic overlay of Downtown Wilmington. With a total living area of 1200 sf, this comfortable single story abode is packed full of character and appeal. It is 5 mins. from downtown Wilmington with its cozy shopping, eateries and vibrant nightlife, and 10 mins. from NC's impressive beaches. It sits at the end of the tree-lined street with Burnt Mill Creek on one side and Mary Bridgers Park behind it.

THE SPACE:
Guest have the entire home which includes 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, office, 1 full bath located between bedroom and office, and a half-bath in 2nd bedroom. There is a huge deck adjacent to Burnt Mill Creek as well as patio with a gas grille.

NOTE:
There is basement apartment, currently occupied, with a separate entrance that is NOT part of Memories on Grace rental.

Guest have access to the entire home with the exception of the basement apartment that has a separate entrance and is NOT included in Memories on Grace rental.

About the Area

Northside, a neighborhood in Wilmington, is home to this vacation home. Battleship North Carolina and Cape Fear Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Bellamy Mansion Museum and Thalian Hall Center for the Performing Arts. Carolina Heights and Children's Museum of Wilmington are also worth visiting.

• To book the most suitable vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Cape Fear area attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked early. Booking your vacation home six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family.
• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer customers an option to add vacation insurance.
