The inside common areas are functional and ideal for entertaining. You can even work from the beach or appreciate your favorite streaming shows with the high-speed wireless mesh internet. There is plenty of room for outdoor activities as well, plus a fenced-in backyard! A wrap-around deck, an enclosed outside shower, and a huge fire pit make for evenings full of s'mores and laughter. With a deeded beach access just East of the home between 963 OBW and 965 OBW, you are only steps away from fun in the sand! So bring all of your mermaids and mermen and enjoy your island vacation on Holden Beach in style.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort.
