Forget your worries in this completely modernized home! Get yourself a great book and head up the spiral staircase to the little hideaway nook. Every detail was thoroughly thought of with our guests in mind. The home has 3 Bedrooms and two full baths and an eat in kitchen. Sit out on the front porch in the evenings and savor a glass of wine. This home will not disappoint!

You'll appreciate the modern finishes and amenities throughout this home! The first thing you'll see when you walk in is the handsome spiral staircase leading to the loft area complete with a comfortable bed, additional seating space, a desk in case you need to work remote, and a reading nook by the front window. There's a full bathroom off the loft as well. Downstairs, the main living areas have an open floor plan and feel very cavernous with the soaring ceilings that are open to the loft above. The living room has plenty of seating space for your group and leads right into the completely outfitted kitchen which is ready for you to make a home cooked meal. There's bar stool seating at the kitchen peninsula to appreciate dinner in. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, one with a king bed and one with a queen, as well as a 2nd full bathroom with sizable, walk-in shower. There's a washer and dryer in the primary bathroom for your use as well.

Guests will have access to the entire home and front porch. There is a locked owner's closet for our storage, but otherwise you can use everything in the home. There is a second rental unit at the back of the home, but they have a completely separate entrance so there are no shared spaces.

Parking is available on the street in front of the home, but please don't block the surrounding driveways.

  • To find the best value, change your group's vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warmer weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic.   • Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a wonderful vacation? Many rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
