New to the Hobbs Realty program and the rental market, this alluring boulevard is your new ideal vacation getaway. Located on the marsh, the relaxing and natural vistas are really impressive from the sizable windows throughout the home and the many decks. You even have a partial ocean view! Inside there are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. On the first level, there are 3 bedrooms with plenty of space to relax and relax. One of the queen rooms has an en-suite bathroom and shares this tub/shower with the other Queen room. There is a convenient half bathroom in the hallway as well. Upstairs, you will find a enormous common area with multiple sitting areas, dining and the kitchen. Plus, another half bathroom!

The public beach access is a fast walk West of the home located at 800 OBW.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and suitcases up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Holden Beach and Sailfish Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun.   • Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to confirm you did not leave anything behind. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
