Located in the Maritime Forest, seemingly far away from it all, but surprisingly close to everything: two mins. to the beach or market; three to Old Baldy and the BHI Club. Though you may never want to leave the back porch. After a day or riding the waves, sink deep in the cushions with a drink and book and end up quietly pondering the sculptural intricacies of Live Oak trees.
The living room has a cathedral ceiling that floods the room with light and makes the comfortable space feel even bigger. The 46-inch intelligent TV is perched above a rare cedar mantle. Live Edge Oak shelves add more warmth to the room. The open floor plan, flowing into the dining area, gives everybody the chance to be together-and spread out. In the kitchen, stainless steel nestles up to old heart pine shelving. The upstairs bedroom and full bath are the ideal getaway along with a separate living room. In the crofter, over the garage, is yet another queen bed and full bath. Three golf carts. Membership to the BHI Club available.

• In the Cape Fear area area, The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation rental six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
• June, July, and August are high season in the Cape Fear area area. To find the best vacation home for your budget, we recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Cape Fear area attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
• Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.

• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
