This is an Oceanfront condo located on the sixth floor of Atlantic Towers in Carolina Beach. The photos will show the owner's personal touches in making a comfortable and calming beach get away.

There is a full kitchen and all necessary cookware and dishes. The condo can sleep six people. There are twin bunk beds constructed into an alcove in the hallway and a queen size sleeper couch in the living area. The bedroom has a king size bed and TV. The condo has pretty and private WiFi and the cable service has a full package of entertainment options. The condo is just mins. from the boardwalk with eateries and stores or the aquarium located in Ft Fisher.

Full housekeeping and maid service is included in your rental price. When departing it is requested that the dishwasher be loaded and the garbage removed to the onsite dumpster.

  • When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
