Come Unwind In This Striking 4 Bedroom 4 Bath Islander Villa With Stunning Vistas Of The Ocean! Beach Access across the street!

This handsome villa has just been given a complete makeover and is now completely refreshed, entirely supplied, and ready for your arrival. The Sensational Day Beach House will make you feel like you never want to leave. With all the beauty that surrounds you in Ocean Isle Beach there are plenty of ways to stay busy or do nothing at all. You will be on the top floor of a 6 unit building with less than a 5 min. walk to the beach access, which is across the street or the Isles Beach Club, where you will have full access to the pool, tiki bar, and a fabulous restaurant all right on the beach. Don't forget to bring your tennis rackets, the courts are a short 2 min. walk away.

This villa is located on the west side of the island tucked away in a safe neighborhood, very well suited for walking and riding bicycles. Wake up and have breakfast outside on the deck while appreciating the gorgeous ocean vistas or while watching the many turtles in the pond below while enjoying a striking sunrise right from the deck. By around 3 in the afternoon the deck is fully shaded and makes for a handsome place to snuggle up in the comfortable egg chair and read a good book. We have some great book options to choose from in case you forget yours or just want to pick from someone else's collection. Of course the deck also makes for a great place to appreciate a freshly grilled dinner or nighttime cap.

The common areas encourage togetherness. Hang out in the living room and chat, watch tv, or a movie while others are at the dining room table playing a game or putting a puzzle together, or having a snack at the bar. You will find tons of fun games to play and puzzles to put together. Linens are included as well as two sets of towels for each bedroom with the exception of the bunk room which will receive four sets. Speaking of the bunk room, there are two full over full bunk beds encompassing this fantastic room. Almost all of the furnishings throughout the condo is new and each bed has a new bed. The linens are all magnificant quality and I am certain you will find yourself very cozy while visiting in our home. The kitchen is extremely well supplied. Our hope is that you will have all the appliances you need plus some fun extras to try while on vacation, like our homemade ice cream maker. The hairdryer is in the enormous bathroom; we will guarantee at least one hairdryer, although there will likely be another somewhere. There are additional blankets, plenty of pillows, and enough of the necessities to get you started as far as the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry items.

Strategies to get the best Cape Fear area vacation property experience:

Sticking to a spending plan:

  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer time is high season in the Cape Fear area area. To get the best value, try shifting your vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer warm weather, , and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.
  • Find a copy of your local Cape Fear area visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, travel guide magazines have deals for local accommodations, tours and attractions.

Choosing and booking the rightrental:

  • Choose your vacation dates and budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. Ocean Isle Condo with Community Pool & Hot Tub! Beautiful Views! Beach Across St has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Cape Fear area vacation rental search.
  • Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is almost always accessible on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, reach out to the host before reserving your rental. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds in living rooms.
  • Some properties allow pets, and some do not. Acceptable types of family pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the property management company about your furry family members before booking.
  • Looking for special amenities? Most rental search websites include amenity lists and search filters. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find your ideal rental home.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Remember to confirm all required amenities are included before booking

Know before you go:

  • Get the owner's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental property. Put the host's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Hosts are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Ensure you protect the owner (and your things!) by locking the rental when you are out, just like you would back home.
  • Make a record of any damages to the rental at check in, and immediately contact the host. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be beneficial if a dispute arises.
  • Be a good neighbor. Often, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property owners rely on good feedback to drive more reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to solve it.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches. See for yourself by scanning the QR code and call Victory Beach Vacations at 910.458.0868 to book your Cape Fear getaway. Start making your memories today! —Grace Silipigni
