Load your beach wagon and in less than a 3-min. walk, your toes are in the sand, and you're ready to set up your spot on the beach. If you forget anything or need to replenish supplies, it's a quick walk back to the home. The private pier on the Intracoastal has a boat slip as well as a high deck with striking vistas of the natural habitat – it's a great spot for watching birds and boats, and for fishing. The grille master in the family is sure to appreciate making a tasty meal on the propane grille, ideal for all your outdoor dining experiences. There is also a sizable outdoor shower that is completely private so you can rinse off the sand before going into the pool or enjoy soaping up in a nice long shower in the great outdoors.
