Old Man by the Sea is a charming six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bath newly constructed home that offers space and luxury for you and your family to regroup and recharge! This home is located on the Jinx Creek River, has magnificant marsh vistas, and is the ideal place to watch the infamous Ocean Isle sunrises and sunsets.

This family-friendly getaway is thoughtfully equipped to ensure a relaxing and fun stay for everybody. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the master also has a standalone tub for painless access for all family members! We provide all linens and towels so you can pack light and focus on appreciating your trip.
From its private pool and hot tub with an extraordinary view of the Jinx Creek River, to the cavernous backyard area where the kids can run around and play, the outdoor space of this home will quickly have you falling in adore!
The home is also located in "The Resort of OIB," which grants you access to a enchanting oceanfront clubhouse and pool, private beach access, private bath, and crab dock all within a five-min. walk from the property!

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing costs that may have been incurred. Cancellation requests must be in writing (via e-mail or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days prior to the check-in date and are subject to approval.
