Just off the living area you’ll appreciate the sizable porch, ideal for taking in calming sunset vistas.

The beautiful master bedroom has its own private porch overlooking Little Lollipop Bay. Complete with a huge private bathroom you’ll have your own personal getaway. The second bedroom with a queen bed, and the third bedroom with two twin beds share an additional bathroom just down the hall. The resort pool is available by Memorial Weekend and closes by October 1st. (The pool may open as early as May 15th and close as early as Labor Day.)

2 parking passes supplied. 1 assigned spot and 1 overflow spot. No additional parking passes can be included due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional cars must park in paid public parking.

Community washer and dryers are located on floors 2-10 and are available on a first come first serve basis.

**Renovations for the deck railings are underway until Memorial Day. Construction noise will be taking place Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. We apologize for any inconvenience and noise this may cause during your stay and enjoy your understanding.**

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for specifics.
