When to visit Carolina Beach & When to book:

  • In the Cape Fear area area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. Booking your rental up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • Booking a rental in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property managers frequently offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection.
