**BEDROOMS:

Bedroom 1: 3rd floor primary bedroom suite with huge walk-in closet. Private sliding door access to back deck, overlooking the pool. King bed. Walk-in tile shower with rain shower head.

Bedroom 2: 3rd floor bedroom suite. Private sliding door access to back deck overlooking the pool. Queen bed. Roll-in tile shower with ADA-accessible seat.

Bedroom 3: 2nd floor front bedroom. Two double beds with an ocean view. Private sliding door access to front deck. Shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Bedroom 4. Shower & tub combo. Double vanity sinks.

Bedroom 4: 2nd floor back bedroom. Bunk beds – Queen lower, Twin upper. Shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Bedroom 4. Shower & tub combo. Double vanity sinks.

All bedrooms are well appointed with flat screen TV's, high speed internet, cable and Roku sticks.

**LIVING ROOMS:

2nd floor living area includes: couch, 2 chairs, dining table for 4, foosball table, wet bar with sink, and 65” flat screen TV. Ideal for kids and teenagers to have their own space!
3rd floor living area includes: 2 couches, 2 chairs, family games and books, and 75” flat screen TV, expansive ocean vistas.

**DOUBLE FRONT AND BACK DECKS:

There are two decks on both the front and back of the home, with additional seating.
The front-facing decks offer handsome ocean vistas. The top deck features the “best seats in the home”! If you are lucky, you may even spot a few dolphins.
The rear-facing decks overlook the private pool area. On the 2nd floor deck, you’ll find a convenient dining table, great for outdoor meals or playing board games.

**KITCHEN INFO:

Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, mini refrigerator, smooth top range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and farmhouse style sink. Additional: 4-slot toaster, Kuerig with single serve and drip coffee, additional 12-cup drip coffee maker, French press, 10-qt crock pot, waffle maker, Ninja blender. Kids’ plates, cups and silverware.

Generously supplied with all items needed to serve and prepare for a sizable crowd.

Bar seating for 6, indoor table seating for 10, with additional table seating on 2nd floor back deck and 2nd floor indoor dining table.

**POOL INFO:

Private 31’ x 11’ in-ground (up to 6 feet deep) Saltwater pool with accent lighting – great for a nighttime swim! Accessible from the 2nd floor and first level of the home. Picnic table, additional seating. Enclosed outdoor shower.

*OPTIONAL HEATED POOL IN SPRING or FALL. Average price per day is $75. Please contact host to confirm number of days and price for your specific dates of travel. Must notify and pay at least one week in advance of arrival date.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport.
