This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Entirely equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. When to book & When to go:

  • The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
  • Summer months are high season in the Cape Fear area area. Booking your Cape Fear area vacation rental in Spring or Fall is a great way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.
