May Day 103 is Located on the first floor, one level up from the street. The balcony offers unobstructed ocean vistas overlooking Stone St. There is parking for 2 cars.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Totally equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Unwind and relax on your balcony with vistas of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only. Clearance height is 7ft 3in. No additional parking, any additional cars must be parked in public paid street parking.

Each unit is individually owned and operated.  As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.

About the Area

Located in Wrightsville Beach, this condo is on the beach. Bellamy Mansion Museum and Burgwin-Wright House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Wrightsville SUP and Children's Museum of Wilmington. Aussie Island Surf Shop and Cape Fear Paddleboarding are also worth visiting. Sailing and surfing/body boarding offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.

When to go & When to reserve a rental home:

• Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your family qualifies for a special rate.
• Property management companies often offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses.
