Don't miss this opportunity to vacation in this oceanfront bungalow with fresh interior and exterior. A few steps on the walkway over the dunes and your toes are in the sand. Vistas in every direction from the newly furnished living room! Well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and every plate, glass, utensil, pot and pan you need to prepare a great meal! Extensive dining table to appreciate your meal while looking out at the ocean. Wood floors throughout. Master ocean-facing bedroom with private bath and private balcony, bunk room with half bath and main level bedroom with access to enormous main level bathroom with full-size washer and dryer. Hot and cold water outdoor shower. Enormous deck on main level with plenty of furnishings for calming!

Plenty of room for parking and/or hanging out under the home. 1 mile walk to the end of the island and 1 mile to center of island eateries and festivities.

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses.
