Appreciate features such as central heat & air, 2 dishwashers, microwave, disposal, 3 fridges, 2 full size washers & dryers, 9 cable TV's, including a 60" flat screen set, DVD player, wireless internet, 2 outdoor enclosed showers, private pool which can be heated w/ surcharge, covered porches, sun deck. This is a very enormous, well maintained, modren home, with private walkway to beach. There is an elevator to take guests from the parking level to the first floor.

**Absolutely no smoking allowed indoors.** **Absolutely no family pets allowed**
There is a $650 cleaning fee. There is a $200 linen fee that includes bed linens and bath towels with beds made upon arrival. Accommodates 28.

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Sunset River Marketplace are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Rees Jones Golf Course and Leopard's Chase Golf Club. Ingram Planetarium and Planet Fun are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
