***Please Note: Bald Head Island Club Social Membership is available for purchase. Golf access is NOT supplied with the Membership. Please check with the club directly for verification, as prices may change. Please keep in mind the BHI CLUB is now capping registration for their guest memberships. If you wish to attend the club during your stay please apply ASAP. Please visit the BHI Club website to see and review their NEW rules and costs for the 2022 year. Keep in mind there are new rules regarding what days you can attend the club and what activities guest members can use, Contact the club directly or go on their sites for any questions. We do not control club rates, rules, or restrictions. No discount or refund will be supplied if club membership is restricted or denied.

**This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME: A non-returnable Pet fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. And for 2 Dogs the Pet Fee is $350.
**Max Occupancy: 6 Occupants - Kids must be counted within the max. occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
**Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.***
* Manager & owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
* Be respectful of the home and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors & neighborhood.
* No events or events- If determined that a event/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.
* If determined that a event took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!

BHI Info:
Private island where you can only get to by boat or ferry. This is a golf cart only island. You will leave your car behind & cruise on the golf cart supplied at the home. The island is roughly 5 by 2 miles. You can bicycle around the island in only an hour or two! Bald Head Island is home to the oldest Lighthouses in North Carolina. There are many nature hikes, wildlife watches, beach accesses, stores, eateries, and activities.


BHI Activities:

-Rent a stand up paddle board from Coastal Urge as well!
-Climb Old Baldy Lighthouse!
-Go on a historic island tour!

Located on the beach, this vacation home is in West Beach, a neighborhood in Bald Head Island. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Finding your perfect rental:

  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and look for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a fantastic time? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property manager was terrific, they always love to hear your praise.
