"3 Little Birds" is a reverse floor plan home with 4 Bedrooms, 4 1/2 Baths with a separate crofter. The magnificant vistas of the marsh are just unbelievable! We are located in Cape Fear Station, a min. golf cart ride to the Shoals Club and did we mention the marsh front vistas?! There are 3 bedroom suites including 2 huge master suites with king beds, both have private porches. The third bedroom has two twin beds and private bath. The crofter is a separate bedroom and bath off of the main home with a double bed. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless appliances, gas stove, wine cooler and a well supplied kitchen!

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• In the Cape Fear area area, The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Booking your rental property six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.

• Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
