This ocean front property offers public beach access, directly next to our driveway. Located within walking distance to all that Wrightsville Beach has to offer: eateries, bars, the famed Wrightsville Beach loop, where you an walk/jog around the island and take in the pretty vistas. Convenient to water access for paddle boarding, kayaking, bicycle and surfboard units.

The Space:
Come savor the photogenic beauty of our beloved Wrightsville Beach at one of the best locations on the island! This little gem is located on the ocean front of Atlanta Avenue. Our refreshed unit has all the amenities you need, ideally organized to suit you and your family or friends.

Our family loves traveling, and Airbnb is our go-to when we visit new towns, so we went above and beyond to provide everything you could possibly need for a ideal trip. This kid-friendly unit is located only a few steps from the ocean. We have two brand-new Pack N Plays, toys, and books for your little ones. We feature brand-new memory foam beds, organic linens, and a wide variety of pillows for the pickiest pillow connoisseurs. We provide plenty of additional soft blankets, beach towels, bath linens, additional toiletries, laundry detergent, and dishwashing soaps. We also offer 8 beach chairs, a Shaboomi and body boards for your use. All you need is your bathing suit and sunscreen! You can savor the local eateries, fishing piers, boat docks, and water sports, all within walking distance to our place. Uber and Lyft operate on the island should you want to park your car for an evening and appreciate some of the eateries on the Intracoastal Waterway. Sorry, smoking is stringently prohibited on our property (HOA rules), and animals are not allowed.

Guest Access:
The entire unit, porch, laundry room, and outdoor shower are available for your use. The key to the outdoor shower is hanging by the entrance. Please ensure the shower and the slider door are locked when you leave the home.

In light of the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented additional cleaning guidelines to ensure the highest possible safety standards for our guests. In addition to following the CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces, we are also taking the following steps to keep the condo as sanitary as possible for your stay. Rest assured that your health and safety are very important to us in the way we run our property. Please keep in mind that this is our family’s second home, and we sleep here frequently. We are taking additional steps to ensure your safety and the health of our visitors as well as our own.

The cleaning crew will wear gloves, and use bleach-based products and other products recommended by the CDC to kill germs. All common use items will be disinfected, including doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, faucet handles, and the like. Additionally, we will spray Lysol on all upholstered furnishings and rugs to kill additional germs.

All linens and towels, including blankets, sheets, and bed pads, will be laundered using hot water after every use. Should you choose to bring your own pillows, linens, and blankets, you are welcome to do so. Just let us know in advance.

We will continue doing as we always have, providing hand soap, dish soap, dishwashing pods, and laundry detergent for your use. This property is an important source of income for us, and we want you to be assured that we will do everything in our power to make your stay as safe and comfortable as possible.
