Located on a river, this apartment is in Wilmington Historic District, a neighborhood in Wilmington. City Stage Theatre and Thalian Hall Center for the Performing Arts are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Children's Museum of Wilmington and Wilmington Railroad Museum. Cape Fear Museum and Carolina Heights are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as motor boating.

  • June, July, and August are high season in the Cape Fear area area. Booking in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • The sooner you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Reserving your rental home six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses.
