This building was originally part of the horse stable section in the early years of Wilmington. During the mid-1990's the building was remodeled into 4 residential condos with a retail space on the first floor....currently Gallery Citrine Art Gallery.
During the great pandemic, we painstakingly refreshed our unit to bring the original building character back while adding Mid-Century Modern furnishings.

********Please note there is NO ELEVATOR in this building. To reach the unit, you must walk up stairs.*********

You will adore its eclectic vibe!! And remember....NEVER a Pet Fee or Pet Deposit charged! We want to travel with our doggie and want you to do the same!

When to visit & When to book:

• Summertime is high season in Wilmington. To get the largest vacation home within your budget, we recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Cape Fear area attractions.
• In the Cape Fear area area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your vacation property up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
