Oceanfront with a fantastic location, this Carolina Beach Rental is the one that you want! Two bedrooms and two baths, this unit will sleep up to 4 Guests. It’s time to relax and you can do so by calming on the roomy deck that spans from the master bedroom to the living room. There is nothing obstructing the spectacular vistas of the ocean! You will have access to all the must need amenities such as a well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, coffee maker and three intelligent TV’s! At Sands 5, there is a community pool that is open from Mid-May through Mid-September (dates available are determined by the HOA). Also, on the grounds there is a common area with grilles and picnic areas for your use. The location of this property is very central on the Island. You’re a short walk away from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, the Carolina Beach Lake, and a variety of different eateries and stores! Jump in the car, and now you’re only a short drive from all that Pleasure Island has to offer you. No smoking is allowed on the Sands 5 premises.

There is only one parking space available per unit, so make sure you ask us about other parking options if you have more than one car.

  • Summer is the most expensive season in Carolina Beach. To find the best value, consider shifting your family's Cape Fear area trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer excellent temperatures, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies typically offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.
