Welcome to the heart of downtown Wilmington, NC! This loft is privately tucked upstairs in the historic Shrier building with so much within walking distance:

The space
You will adore the contrast of being right in the center of downtown while being able to walk up to a completely private loft with all the amenities of home. The walls are 12ft tall, providing such a roomy feel. The original floors give this place rather the appeal, and the modern conveniences will make you feel right at home. I LOVE the balcony overlooking Front Street. Talk about just sitting back, calming, people watching, and being able to appreciate the bustle from above.

Entire Place. Quiet hours 10p-8a. No events.

No parking spaces for my loft. I park in the lot behind the building ($13/day) and sometimes find street parking right in front . There are multiple decks around and I just unload in the front (if space accepts) and then I move my car. Street parking is complimentary from 6:30pm-9:00am Monday through Saturday and complimentary on Sunday.

There is a walk up! One flight of stairs, no elevator.

Sleeps 6 means: Two beds (one queen, one king) and one queen air bed. As my spot is so cavernous it comfortably sleeps 6. There is a couch as well which you could always do one on the couch and one on the air bed, I guess it would depend on who draws the short straw in your event or who isn't paying haha. Please disclose all overnight guests as we set up accordingly.

I have a similar unit (more modern in style) exactly adjacent to this unit, within same walk up. If you are booking a bigger event, let me know.

Located on a river, this condo is in Wilmington Historic District, a neighborhood in Wilmington. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Cape Fear area attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
