Pelicans Perch is a cavernous studio suite in the very beautiful Sea Trail community in Sunset Beach. You will find everything you need for a fabulous hideaway to the coast... from the comfortable beds to the calming screened in porch. The kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator, a microwave and a Keurig coffeemaker. The ensuite bathroom offers a separate sink/vanity area from the toilet/shower room making it private and efficient for more than one traveler. Our property is near the South Gate which means you are just over the bridge from the beach and can have your toes in the sand in just a few mins.. We are also walking/cycling distance to the impressive Sunset Park on the intracoastal waterway with its beautiful walking trails, docks and vistas of the water. You can put in kayaks and paddle boards here at the park. Just across the park is the boat launch and some delicious eateries, coffee shop, gift stores and ice cream.
