**PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited in Carolina Beach & Kure Beach. Guests are only allotted two parking spaces, and Parking Passes are required. Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two cars or for cars that are towed due to negligence to use parking passes. Parking is located across the street from the Condo Building. Guests that park under Condo Building or in spaces that are designated for owners (not across the street) will be towed at the guests' expense.

The number of guests on/at a property must not exceed the max. occupancy of the property. Unauthorized groups exceeding the max. occupancy at a property is considered a breach of contract and will result in immediate eviction. RVs and campers are NOT allowed at any property. Parking is limited--Carolina Beach Realty is not responsible when guests bring cars that exceed the max. number of cars allowed at a property OR for upsized cars that are not compatible with a property.

Absolutely no events (weddings, receptions, get-togethers) or any other enormous gatherings are allowed at this home. Smoking is prohibited at all Carolina Beach Realty properties.

All properties have an age limit of 25.

About the Area

Located on the beach, this condo is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Ocean Front Park and Federal Point History Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Finding your perfect rental home:

• In the Cape Fear area area, The earlier your group can book, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved early. Booking your rental property up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Carolina Beach. To book the most suitable rental within your budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at Cape Fear area restaurants, beaches, and activities.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.
• Find a copy of your local Cape Fear area visitors guide magazine when you check-in. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local information, visitor guides have deals for nearby tours, shops, and attractions.

How to select the perfect vacation home:

• Begin by selecting vacation dates and a max budget.

• Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is usually accessible on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, reach out to the property manager before you reserve the rental. Remember that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches. You'll need to establish what configuration is right for your trip.
• Are you bringing the family pet? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional fees or might be applied to your agreement.
• Visiting for a single attraction? If so, use a map search to find nearby rentals.
• Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before booking.

More considerations:

• Add the host's contact information to your phone. Understand and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
• Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, television set or kitchen appliance. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents lots of concerns.
• Protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the rental when you are out, just like you would at home.
• Upon arrival, note any issues with the property and immediately contact the property manager. Keep records of all coorespondence.
• Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious visitors bothering your peace and quiet. Use the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and scenic spots you would've not otherwise known!
• Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
• Double-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
• Did you have a fantastic stay? Most rental managers make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
