Welcome to our cute, clean, peaceful and convenient guest home! This one bed/one bath room has a private, separate entrance with access to a shared deck and screened porch. It is the ideal spot to rest after a GLA concert or exploring downtown Wilmington. Located 2.4 miles from historic Wilmington and 0.8 miles from breathtaking Greenfield Lake in Historic Sunset Park neighborhood. Conveniences include coffee maker and coffee pods, reverse osmosis water, mini refrigerator, Wi-Fi, Roku TV, X-Box One, queen bed, 100% cotton sheets, bath products and big, fluffy towels. We can provide info on ILM and answer any questions, but we will leave you to savor your stay in private. Please note, this property is not suitable for kids under 13. The shower is clean but modest (one person). A/C and heating are through a window unit but temperatures are very comfortable. No inside smoking or vaping allowed. Street parking only.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected everything. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
