This Ocean Front condo underwent a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel in 2019 and has all new paint and decor as of January 2023! The white, all wood cabinetry and the quartz countertops brighten up the condo! There is also ample storage in the pantry with pull out drawers. And all kitchen appliances are new as of 2018. We refreshed to a tankless water heater in 2019 so there is no fear of running out of hot water. It also accepts for tons of storage in the bathroom.

It is elegantly decorated and has all the amenities of home. Savor a cup of coffee in the morning on your private deck with a fantastic ocean and pier view. This unit also has a terrific view of the pool and is very close to the beach access. And because OIB faces south you can appreciate both the sunrise and the sunset on the private deck. Staying at OC110 over July 4th also offers you a front row seat to the fireworks display that takes place at the pier next door.

The master suite features a queen bed with foam topper and a whirlpool tub with ceramic tile surround. There is a bunk nook that is ideal for the kids. Please remember that sheets and towels are not included. There is gorgeous tile throughout the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Totally supplied kitchen. Washer and dryer in the unit. Within walking distance to eateries, pier, arcade, mini-golf, playground, museum and stores. Outdoor concerts within walking distance on Friday evenings from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Non-smoking and no family pets allowed.
