Lil Nauti is a handsome, well appointed, new home, constructed in 2022.  Located on the east end of Sunset Beach, this home features a great location with a water view and a private pool.  Sit back and savor your favorite drink on either of the two covered decks while appreciating the coastal breezes.

Located in Sunset Beach, this vacation home is by the sea. Rees Jones Golf Course and Willard Byrd Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve. • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To find the best value, change your family's Cape Fear area trip dates to the Spring or Fall months.
