This deep water canal with dock and ladder is ideal for boating, fishing, crabbing, or just hanging out by the water! Great lot with fence and room for yard games and play area. Giant deck ideal for entertaining and upper deck (Widow's Peak) for catching the late evening sunset. Home has been newly remodeled to include: new kitchen cabinets with stainless steel appliances, solid surface counters, and tile backsplash. Bathroom renovations include: new tub/showers, new toilets and new vanities. Bedrooms are cavernous with all new linens including sheets and pillows. Master bath has a giant tiled shower with glass surround and dual vanities. This beach home is just .3 miles to public beach access with golf cart and car parking; and a fast bicycle ride to the center of Ocean Isle Beach where you will find numerous eateries, stores, mini-golf, ice cream, and Ocean Isle's fishing pier! This rental includes linens, bath towels, basic toiletries, kitchenware, coffee pot, washer/dryer, TV, wireless internet, and much much more!   • To get the best rental within your budget, we highly recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Cape Fear area restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • The sooner you can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Booking your vacation rental 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • Some hosts offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all belongings. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
